There are plenty of windows for those evenings you wish to turn off the central A/C and enjoy the breeze off the ocean and the sound of the waves.

All of our bedrooms have large, quiet ceiling fans to lull you to sleep in comfort. As you awaken, catch up with your friends using the high speed wi-fi.

There is ample seating for everyone in the family. The large table is perfect for a picnic followed by a card game or just an evening of catching up with each other.

Your deck has a commanding view of the beach and the ocean and enough room and chairs for your entire family to enjoy it.

The beaches are manned by wonderful life guards every day of the summer. Beach tags are required; of course your vacation home includes 6 beach tags for your use.

Some folks prefer to swim without having to dodge rafts, while others enjoy their boogie boards. Choose your beach: rafts to the right; raft-free to the left.
